What to include in your message
- Your account email address and the name of your school.
- What you were trying to do and the error message, if one appears.
- Whether you use iPhone, Android or the website; include the app version and when the problem happened.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details, banking credentials, or sensitive information about students or other people. If you email a screenshot, hide personal information.
Quick help
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the email linked to your account. If you registered with Google, use that same Google account. If the problem continues, email support; you do not need to create another account.
My profile, grades or payments are incorrect
Contact your school to correct academic records, assigned roles or school charge amounts. Contact Edunex support for technical errors when viewing or recording that information.
I want to delete my account
Read the account-deletion instructions and learn which records may be retained. This support page does not delete accounts or change school records.
